Maken X Review
 Have you ever taken a bus cross-country? That's kind of what this game is like. After ten hours of staring out the window at a dull picture of nothing, you blink and then it starts all over again: ten more hours of watching nowhere places and no-name people pass by your eyes. Eventually you give in to the madness and start screaming at the other passengers, or you just go to sleep. Maken X had me screaming at the walls in my house. After three hours of making my character run down hallways, slicing people with a sword and getting nowhere, I gave in to the madness. Then I threw the game at my wall and went to bed, leaving the television on. I hate when I do that. My electric bill is high enough as it is. Do you know how much money it costs to power your television all night? Too much. Sega, you owe me $1.38. Please make payment out to Southern California Edison.
