Super Bad: Tribute to James Brown review

Uh, hello. Did James Brown die and no one told me? I don't understand this. Why the fuck would you make a tribute album to an artist that isn't dead? Why would you do it ever? There's this really good cover band of the Doors that plays in Sayreville. They're called Soft Parade. They sound just like the Doors and they even look like them. It's uncanny. Last time I went to see them they had pressed up some of their Doors cover songs onto a CD and were selling them real cheap. I didn't buy one, though. You know why? Because I HAVE all the fucking Doors albums! And as good as the Soft Parade sounds, they're not the Doors and this album is not James Brown. But it has some good people on it, like Frank Black, I Broke Dick Dog (Mike Watt, Money Mark and Stephen Perkins), and Q-Burns Abstract Message, but I think they'd be better off going the Ron English route by making songs with James Brown in the title instead of copying. Because no one likes copycats.
